Mission

The mission of Juve’ Hearts is to work with girls incarcerated in a secure juvenile detention center, between the ages of 12-18 years old, to prepare them for re-entry into society.

Background

Juve’ Hearts, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in New York City on April 16, 2018. The organization has its foundation anchored in Proverbs 4:23, which reads: “Keep your HEART with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life”. Founder and President, Attorney Valeria Williams developed the desire to start this organization in November 2013, while working as a law clerk for a Juvenile Court judge.
